Villa Terms & Conditions
Reservation and Check-In
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- Check-in is at 12 PM, while check-out occurs at 10 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on occupancy,
potentially incurring additional fees.
Driver policy
- Accommodation for driver will be free of charge with bed and evening tea. Meals will be charged.
Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
Child Policy
- Children under 4 years of age stay free, while those under 12 years receive a 40% discount on the applicable package when sharing a room with an adult using existing bedding.
Payment
- A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damage to Villa property during their stay. Any damage will be subjected to a charge.
- Pets are not permitted unless specified; additional charges may apply for pet-friendly accommodations.
Behavior and Conduct
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect and courtesy and should not harm the environment.
Travel Around & Use of Natural Pools
- Manigala hiking can be arranged with a tour guide with an additional charge. The manigala entrance ticket also should be bared by the customer themselves.
- Guided tours are subject to established rules and regulations.
- Use of natural water bodies are at your own risk. The management will not be held accountable for irresponsible behaviour or losses.

Force Majeure
- The hotel is not responsible if it cannot meet its obligations because of events it cannot control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, terrorism, or other unexpected events.
